Okay, so I really love the magazine Coilhouse [link] and have been really inspired/impressed by the creative ladies who founded it, Nadya Lev, Zoetica Ebb and Meredith Yayanos.
So, naturally, I decided to personify the magazine's slogan (Inform. Inspire. Infect) with illustrations of the three founders.
The far left is Nadya being Inform, with her quill and carrier pigeon sending out information. Middle is Zoetica, being Inspire, as shown with a sprouting seedling, since ideas start small and grow from there. Meredith is Infect, with her legion of mosquitos spreading the infection of ideas.

This is beautiful. I love all your pieces that incorporate elements of medieval religious icons so much, and you have a really fantastic balance going on here with the posing of the three figures. Also, I'm impressed that you managed to represent mosquitoes in such an attractive way! They're not even making my skin crawl.
These are terrific illustrations by themselves, but the old-fashioned hand-crafted construction pushes them to a whole new level of awesomeness. Amazing work!
Cut paper and mixed media is always a fun thing to work with.
